Great North Run 2023

I've always been proud of friends who've taken on the challenge of a huge run for personal fitness and for raising money for charity. A close friend of mine signed up recently so I thought I'd join her! 

I've chosen Asthma & Lung UK, as my daughter had a severe, life-threatening asthma attack back in 2019. This was horrendous and I had no idea that asthma could be so serious. I'd like to know that I'm helping in some way for people with bad asthma. 

Also, my grandad passed away from lung cancer in 2009.
