My Story

I am running the Great North Run to support the Loftus Town Council Mayor's Charity for 2023/24. Cllr Barry Hunt has raised 1000s for SSAFA over the years and wants to continue raising awareness during his term as Mayor. During Barry's previous sleepouts  I have helped where I can behind the scenes with fundraising pages and promotion but for this event we are swapping roles and I'll be running my first ever organised run and Barry will be helping with fundraising and promotion.
