My Story

Hello everyone,

I signed up to do the Great North Run 2023 for Autism Parents Together as it was the one run i have always dreamed of doing. It has really kick started my running for a great local cause.

As you know i am fortunate to work with many neurodivergent young people and to a lesser extent their parents who do so much to support and help them navigate life. This charity is a grass roots local organisation so you know more of the money raised goes to the people who need it. 

I would really appreciate if you could donate a £1 or so in this cost of greed crisis. 

If you cant afford to, please give me a virtual cheer on the day. I will be the slow one at the back.
