I am extremely proud to work for the NHS and Airedale Hospital so the Airedale charity is really close to my heart. They do amazing work to support patients, staff and the whole community with the aim to improve patient care.
What better way to support this amazing charity than doing the Great North Run. I've recently started running and, by no means consider myself a runner. Good things don't come easy so running 21km for an amazing cause is just what is necessary.
