Great North Run 2023 - This is my first ever long distance run, it's going to be a real challenge, please support me in doing this.
I'm running the Great North Run 2023 to fundraise for this fantastic charity. I have seen first hand how dementia can cause devastation, not just to the person who is suffering but the whole family. Raising money for the Alzheimer's society will hopefully contribute to better treatments or even a cure for this cruel disease.
