My Story

Stroke strikes every five minutes in the UK. It can happen to anyone, of any age, at any time.

These words mean so much to me now as I have seen first hand that this really can and does happen to anyone, it did happen unfortunately to Carlos aged 51,Carlos had so much life and so much to give, for those of you that had the great pleasure of knowing Carlos and his beautiful wife Sarah, you do not need me to tell you how much we all miss him and how devastating and heartbreaking this has been for Sarah to lose her husband and for Chloe and the rest of Carlos family and friends to no longer have him in our lives 💔 

So to try and turn something so tragic into something positive as Carlos would, I am with Sarah's support taking on the the great north run for the stroke association 💜 this will be exactly 8 months since we sadly watched Carlos leave this world 💔💙💜
