Last year after a routine GP's appointment it became clear that my husband needed a triple heart by pass. This was quite shock, he is an non smoker and an active healthy person. Thanklfully and as a result of our excellent NHS I am pleased to say he is fit and well. I want to do my bit by running the GNR and raising a little money to support for The British Heart Foundation to help others.
