My Story

So as you can see, myself and my brother are taking part in the Great North Run! This is something that our Dad used to do!

Unfortunately back in June 2022, there were complications following Dads heart surgery and he passed away. 

This year, me and my brother have decided to follow in his footsteps and take part in the run instead!

Dad was such an advocate for mental health, especially men's mental health. Always encouraging people to speak up if they needed help. He always supported MIND in anyway he could so it only seemed fitting for us to carry it on.
