My Story

In Sept 2023, Amy & I will be putting down the pints and packets of crisps, and taking on the AJ Bell Great North Run in memory of our darling friend Tebogo Hannah Mokeyane. She was an effervescent light in our lives and while I know she would have some choice words to say about us putting her face across this page, we want to celebrate her life. 

We will be raising funds for Climb Any Mountain who are a UK registered charity that work in partnership with and support the Pietermaritzburg Mental Health Society (PMH MHS) in providing life experiences and educational opportunities for the people they support. They are driven by a passionate belief that people with an intellectual disability and mental illness should have equal rights and opportunities in society. 

As we are both proud South Africans who grew up in Kwa-Zulu Natal and went to school very close to PMH MHS, this is a cause very close to our hearts and it's an honour to fundraise in memory of our darling friend.
