My Story

I will be doing the Great North Run in September this year to support blind veterans. As most will know, this is one of the biggest runs in the country; a gruelling 21km held in Newcastle.

I am running to raise funds for The Blind Veterans UK, who help vision-impaired ex-Service personnel to rebuild their lives after sight loss as a result of their services or natural occurrence. The Blind Veterans UK have been a great support to our veterans, and so I aim to support them in return.

Your generosity is requested in support of this exercise. Please join the team by donating as we aim to raise a minimum of £320 for our veterans. Every little helps, they say. Your contribution would help one-to-one support for our veterans or securing tools and devices.
