Great North Run 2023~ As I enjoyed 2022 so much, I've decided i'm going to do it again as it's for a great cause and it's something to work towards.
As many of know I had a stroke at 19 and 'the stroke Association' helped me in my recovery to get my life back on track, The great north run is again the perfect opportunity for me to give back to them.
